SLOW to NO response from New Business Department
Logged a request for a quote on business fiber for our company with IS on the 29/10/2015 only received feedback from them on 10/11/2015 Requesting GPS Co-ordinates to the company. I sent back a reply to Justin Clucas the same day and by today 17/11/2015 still no reply. If the pre-sales service is this bad, I don't even want to know how bad the after sales service is...
