Pathetic User Centred Design

As an employee of a company that I work for am forced to use your VPN system. The developers who designed the product should get a refund on their education fees. Clearly they learn.<br> <br> 2 months later and I still don't have vpn installed on my computer.<br> <br> The product design is an abomination
