No service on product and the specialist cant be talked too.

INTERNET SOLUTIONS

I recently app**** and installed a service supp**** by Internet Solutions Called LTE-A rain, this is the absolute worst service i have ever experienced, the product still does not work after I had to visit Internet Solutions as they refuse to come to my premises like any other normal service delivery company.

After the visit to their office I was not shown that the product works, I was only told that my router used to be faulty and they gave me another LTE device, this now is also not working, and here is the best part we are in the middle of the best possible signal for the service being mall Of Africa, which shows on their website, "excellent your covered". Again no help and on day 3 already f this product not working, I would seriously not advise using Ineternet Solutions at all as there is no such thing as customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
