Mweb Business Hosting Solutions down again

Their systems has been down since I got to work at 6am this morning.<br> Have spent well over 2 hours trying to get through to the help desk.<br> Have emailed them - no response.<br> They theoretically offer 24 hour support and 8 hour turn around time with 99.9% up time.<br> Not the first time this happened either! <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Mweb to Internet Solutions by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
