IS Ignite

Your sub-company Ignite, is probably the worst ISP in South Africa. Since we signed up to resell your products in November 2017 we have had nothing but problems with them. I have laid multiple complaints on is.co.za, with no response whatsoever. I have also been trying to get our issues resolved with our accounts manager, the accounting team etc. I will not add names here, but be sure I will if a response is not received that satisfies my request I will start naming them as this is unacceptable.
