IS failed supporting HE upgrades

Hi<br> <br> Joined MWeb in 2009 as I was assured that their HE software would always be updated to the latest HE versions. <br> <br> Turns out that since my query in Oct 2014 they have been running HE 2010 SP1. In order for HE to be compatible with my Mac needed a minimum of HE 2010 SP2.<br> <br> I have been patiently waiting for resolutions since Oct 2014 and have been given the run around with no firm commitment from Mweb. I have had to do my own work arounds to get my mail working even though I have been paying Mweb for a service.<br> <br> Last year their excuse was that they merged with Internet Solutions .... how can a massive organisation not have a planning structure in place to accommodate upgrades from Microsoft and Apple. All I asked was for a time frame which they could not give.<br> <br> I have been threatening Mweb that I would expose them on social media for a while now but have had enough and feel have given them enough chances to rectify the situation.<br> <br> I am sure there are other users with the same problem and feel Mweb need to be exposed as they feel that they can take small business for a ride.<br> <br> Please help !!!!!
