Internet Solutions - No service what so ever

<p>Our company uses Internet Solutions for our internet and telephone services. for the past 3 weeks we have been having a problem with our voice calls dropping as well as us not being able to hear our clients on the line despite them being able to hear us.</p> <p> </p> <p>when i followed up with them today, I get told that my logged issue with Internet Solutions has been closed the previous day - this despite nothing having been done to correct the problem or even being contacted by them. I can't even find out who our account manager is from IS, but that is probably because we haven't seen someone in close on a year.</p> <p> </p> <p>Very disappointed in the service we have received and looking at the other comments on this platform, bad service seems to be part of their culture.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would not recommend anyone using Internet Solutions, at least not until they sort out the client/backup service they offer.</p>
