Internet Solutions just does not care.....

I have a wholesale fibre line with Internet Solutions, this line has been giving me problems since February 2020, the fibre constantly goes offline and then it will usually stay offline for about 8 hours, today we have broken that record, I have been offline for almost 13 STRAIGHT hours now, we have reported this 12 hours ago and escalated it twice now, they just report back and said that the TC is down, NOTHING ELSE!!?? I have NEVER EVER in my life had this bad service, if there is anyone that can suggest what kind of further actions I can take against this company or where I can report them to authorities, please let me know on *** as I am losing business because of this service I am receiving.
