Internet Solutions is Ripping People Off via Ignite

I was busy in a critical business process. Then all of a sudden my Internet from Ignite is no longer working. I am now losing a lot of money as a result of this. This is despite the fact that I am a contract subscriber that pays in advance.

I am unable to make revenue that I need to pay Ignite and I am losing further. This is over and above the terrible radio reception I get from Ignite at the moment from 6pm to about 10pm daily during peak traffic.

Fix this or refund me.
