DEBIT AN UNCOMPLETED CONTRACT

So we decided to sign up with IS Solutions, but still have not completed our contract which Gary Philip had told me that the contract was incomplete and that he would sort out why we were invoiced as we have not received any packs as we were told once again we won't get this as our account is not set-up and contract not finished. I told him to chat to my partner first before anything gets done with regards to billings. Now today they take money out of my account. Not even my money to the R5999.82 a client who had paid me to get him stock!!!<br> <br> Please explain to me after months of phone calls, emails sent as of today the 5th June 2015 no response from anyone and they debit my account!!! ***??
