Complaints ignored from Oct-Nov 2015 to 2016-01-02
Hi,<br> <br> I wish to report the most shocking service I have ever encountered from IS, specifically IS-Ignite.<br> <br> Oct/Nov Last year my VPS server was down due to IS Issues for over 20 days.. When opened support tickets they were either ignored or I go a very poor (working on it) response.. This forced me to create another VPS server... I contacted accounts as I was sick of talking to tier-1 \support"who didn't even know what a vm was... I got through to someone.. and stated that I expect NOT to be billed for that server"
