bad service after 20 years

IS - Internet Solution This Company is constantly messing up and quite frankly i have had enough!! time to move on. !!!!!!<br> After painfully persevering with Mweb for almost 20 years IS take them over and Bad just went to Worse!!!<br> This morning I have no internet at my home office the account is linked to a business with over 150 routers installed nationally. I call the help desk to be told that my account has expired and i have to wait until Monday to find out why- I have checked my side and this is definitely not a payment over site?<br> After much swearing and frustrations I am still waiting for the manager to phone me and it is now 14h00 over month end?????<br> Well guess what IS my account with you is about to expire permanently - i have had all i can take from a totally *********** corporate that couldn't give a hoot about their customers and have no idea what service is about????? <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from Mweb to Internet Solutions by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
