Bad customer service - poor delivery

Bought a 5 day uncapped package and it in so slow it is unusable (40KB per second). The contact centre told me that this package is slow by design and that they can't change me to a equivalent package due to the fact that I've used 1:30 hours of the 5 day package. <br> <br> Unacceptable!<br> <br>
