A worse customer service I ever seen!!!

A worse customer service I ever seen!!! No one including Client Manager and escalation manager respond or feedback to the customer as to what is happening with the order!!! – It’s been two months now the connection is not yet activated/installed, Being a customer I have to beg every day to get some sort of feedback on the order, but they just ignores or says “we will investigate and revert” yet they still investigating and no feedbac****! Very unprofessional and poor service!!!!

I would strongly recommend don’t ever choose Ignite as your ISP.
