12 days and still no Email

Hello,<br> <br> I am using Internet Solutions ISIgnite package after beeing wooed by them at the 702 Business Event.<br> <br> I have been using their ISignite service for 12 days. I have created multiple support tickets and spoken to support staff on 3 separate occasions. But my site builder, email address and domains are still not working.<br> I cannot be without email for one more day - this is ridiculous!<br> I am very unimpressed with the service and products. I ported my email days ago and am no sitting with email addresses that do not work. I am very unhappy!<br> The service and resolution of this matter have been appalling and all I want to do is leave and deal with someone who can do what they say they can.<br> <br> Totally unacceptable and really frustrating!
