IRobust Tech - R14000 purchase. Not received after 8 days. No Service. No Response
First time I bought an item from this place. Ordered and paid on 2 Dec 2024. Didn't hear anything from them until I called on 9 Dec. They promised shipment on 10 Dec. No shipment notification on 10 Dec and no one answers emails or answers the phone. I really hope to get my item this week. But I will not recommend this supplier at all.

12 Dec 2024, 11:03 Update: They actually did deliver my item on 11 Dec. However the fact that they were unreachable and didn't answer emails or chats did make it a negative experience. They've acknowledged their shortcomings on my public reviews but still never responded to my emails.
I all worked out so perhaps I'll give them another chance next time.
