Poor service

I am disappointed with the service I got from these guys, I took my car that had a misfire to them. I took it in January and only got it back in October. The car cane back with more issues than before and the owner of IR (Dylan) refused to refund me or take responsibility of the car. He works with unqualified people and that makes the work b very slow.
