What feels like haras*****t

<p>I am a student through IQ Academy and would like to know if any other students also get continious phone calls? My employer paid my fees in full in October 2016 - I know get calls almost every 2nd day telling me that my account is in arrears when will i make payment. The moment I tell them that my account is full paid until 2018, suddenly they realise it and say "oh sorry - we didnt pick it up on the system". Now I am getting calls at 6h30 in the morning and when I ask what the calls are about - they promptly put the phone down in my ear almost as though I am not allowed to ask why I am receiving these calls?</p> <p>I find this highly unprofessional and if this is the type of service received, I feel that I need to deregister and study through a different higher learning institution adn request a full refund. </p>
