Waiting for a certificate for a very long time. Very bad customer service.

IQ Academy has the worst service ever, I would not recommend it for anyone. Waste of money and time. I paid my fees in full so that I can get my certificate, paid it in July but never got any communication from them, then I try to follow up on August then they told me I need to send a copy of my ID I did that then no response from them after two weeks I do a follow up only then they send me a message of my certificate is being processed and I should get it within 8 weeks, then in September I received a message that my certificate has been posted through a registered mail and it should reach me within 8 weeks I should get it at my nearest post office.

8 weeks passed and still no certificate, the tracking code they sent me showed that my certificate is in transit, I contacted them on Facebook then got a response from Dambisa she told me that my certificate has been posted through a registered mail and if I wanted it couriered I should pay R 150, I decided to wait then again on the 22nd of November I contacted them very angry I got a response that my matter have been escalated to the right department and I will be contacted soon, this response was from Busisiwe.

They took their time to contact me, then on the 26th of November Thulani finally contacted me and he told me to give him 5days to sort this out if he doesn't succeed he will courier it. After 5days Thulani had disappeared and I still didn't have my certificate. I kept tracking it it arrived on the 16th of December at the post office at the very same time it was posted back to Tacoma. I decided to enjoy my festive and wait for IQ to sort it out but nothing was done. Then I contacted them again on the 8th of January, now this time I was ****ed with their service and I made it very clear that I'm ****ed but it seems they don't care because Sarah responded with a response of "your enquiry is escalated to the relevant department and I will be contacted soon. I was not contacted. 5 days later I get a message that a message my certificate has been posted through a registered mail it should reach me within 8 weeks and sent a tracking code. When I tried tracking it, the post office website stated they can't find the tracking on their database.

I contacted them again on the 16th of January explaining what Thulani said to me and that I won't except what they are doing, I was promised my certificate will be couriered and it is not my fault that there has been a long delay. Again Sarah responded and it seems she doesn't care because all she did was respond with a tracking code, I responded and told her that she doesn't understand she should do What was promised to me and courier the certificate but still Sarah doesn't care because she tells me I should pay R150 for it to be couriered. I messaged her again and told her to get a relevant person to contact me but until now I haven't been contacted.

IQ Academy teaches business but they so unprofessional, I would not recommend it for anyone. I don't have my certificate but I paid my fees in full in July, what's so special about it that it would take so long. And on top of their courses are not Recognised by WIL you try to register for WIL and they'll tell you they don't recognise your course. Don't waste your money and Time with IQ Academy.
