very very disappointed

am so fustrated right now i dont even know where to start am left with my last installment this month then i requested for a tutor to assist me next thing am recieving a message saying my request to cancel has been approved now am like shocked how can i cancel when am left with 1 installment does that make sense please iQ that was my hard earned money to enroll with you guys either you pay my money back
