Very disappointed by the Consultants

I am a current student with IQ Academy, and I am happy with the studying and Lectures. The Consultants there are very rude and do not have good customer services skills, they do not pay attention at all. I called # times already to try and fix my names that were spelt wrong but none of them got it right. The third Consultant by the name KHULU or something was worse, she was even RUDE and shouting. Her attitude is very bad. I hope IQ Academy does something about their consultants.
