Unsatisfied Student

I settled year 2021 for my fees with IQ academy. I fail to understand where the mix up occurred because I settled my account in October 2021 and that was gladly acknowledged,hence i equally allowed to continue with studies and further modules but today I'm locked out of the system. There was not even a single call from then till now indicating that I'm in arrears since I paid all outstanding amounts. I'm falling behind on my studies and this cannot be my fault. I need you to rectify this unprofessional nonsense,send me another settlement letter that state that i don't owe IQ Academy anything and give me proper access on the portal Today. This is happening for the third time through IQ Academy as well being handed over to debt collectors and this beyond frustration and this incompetence affects my credit score unnecessarily. I am not at fault here and I'm being dealt with because of their own incompetence if you like. I need to reiterate that i'm extremely annoyed with them.

Imagine im only short of one module and i cant complete my course and its frustating.

I have numeroues emails that i have contacted them but no luck from them.

I wish one day they can just allow me to finish my course with that one module.
