Unprofessional

Service is very poor and scared this might interfere with my credit score,I registered for business management and yes I did authorize debit order, still haven't received any books ,acc was debited November 2020 since then been recieving sms that there are outstanding documents I kept sending emails to say that documents were sent and they did reply that they have received them .dec and now jan account wasn't debited, waiting for books and now my credit score is being messed up for no reason.i don't know if I'm a student at iq academy or what. ID number ***,Tshepiso Phetabosigo *** /*** let me know whether I'm a registered student or not in fact I'd like to just cancel because you guys are so unprofessional .
