True definition of a fly by night distance learning academy

Good day, I recently signed up with IQ Academy and registered for Business Management Course everything went well as I did receive my books and I was ordered to writes test and send them back to IQ academy with their provided envelopes brown to be specific and I did the 1st time I didn't contact them for my results and the second still didn't contact them for my results and after the 3rd test I contact them and i was told they haven't received my documents that's where is started to get worried and the 4th test was send again to them of which till today they don't have all my results and they don't have an answer for me though whats interesting is that they continue debiting me without letting me having my results for all the test I wrote to them that was sent through the post to them and as a result i stopped the debit because of there's no transparency from them even today they will respond however not with my results and what makes more angry is the fact that they took my details to DMC for debt collection of which I don''t have a problem to pay though where are my results, IQ Academy please provide me with my results for my past test i send through to you and I'll continue with my payments if that's not the case I'm going to escalate this to Ombudsman as I've already started doing that and till today I even contacted you directly the only respond I've got was to contact DMC what will DMC do for me they don't have my test or do they then may I please have my results back, I wouldn't recommend anyone to register with your IQ academy as its so appalling and not transparent you are only after the money with no results for your students
