They can take money but they have problems returning money

<p>I have always payed in time. I prepared my accounts. I had to cancelled the course I was doing because I saw it was going to clash with my other school. So they said the will pay back the outstanding balance. But now they don't even give me back the full amount back. They give me half. What pains me is I never payed their premiums in half I payed in full.</p>
