Still waiting for response

we as students of IQ academy, studying PUBLIC Administration and management (level 5)course higher certificate. We would like to put a greviance concerning iQ academy which is offering the programme without credentials, we have registered and now we are attending the second semester , the college has communicated with us informally concerning the reason of the programme not being registered. The college to date has not updated us concerning the progress of their module registration.

IQ academy right now it's putting pressure on us as students, their assessments are written concurrently and their classes are conducted in the same we don't really know which classes we are to attend.

We are frustrated reason being is that IQ even offered us a discount, rather than telling us that there's no future for us at the college, the college has last since qualified to teach the programme only in 2021.

Kindly assist we need IQ to give us our refunds because we need to register with registered colleges
