Still no help

Good day, may I please get assistance. I have been sending emails to the institution without getting any help. I did not get my results based on the fact that I was behind with payments, I log in to my portal but nothing has been updated in terms of getting my results and a true reflection of what is it that I owe. When you call the institution they just answer and continue having their own personal conversations in the background. I have also app**** to have an additional module added to my semester but there was no response. Please can someone answer all my emails.

It is quite frustrating that I have to always right a review on this platform to get assistance. You can do better than this
