I sent an email through and Qambile phoned me and explained everything to me in a professional and friendly way he went out of his way to assist me and even called me back the same day to give me a delivery date. On the delivery date he called to make sure that I had received my study material. I am very impressed with his customer service as the service I got from him was excellent compared to a the other ladies I have spoke to.
