Sick and tired they are a bunch of ****mers
It's Been 3 years now that I have been struggling with this institution. Fast forward I ended up being blacklisted almost everywhere for having a unsettled balance of R10538 with these people. I contacted them trying to settle the amount and they emailed me a link and their account details in which I deposited the amount via EFT. They ended up giving me the 14 to 21day waiting period and just don't reply anymore.
I have a baby on the way and struggling financially because of you because I need a loan and can't get one because this institution is still the cause of my damage credit history.
