Short course cancellation
Registered for a short course and due to financial difficulties (unemployment) requested for a refund, I was told due to the agreement they cannot refund me, I don’t remember signing any agreement stating I should request a refund within seven days, this a day light *******, how can you be forced to pay for services you did not use? I’m so disappointed by this institution

Your provision of banking details and confirmation of the debit date constituted acceptance of these terms and authorization for us to proceed with the registration.
