Release of certificate

I have requested IQ Academy to release my certificate as I have finished the course and has fully paid the amount owing. I have emailed the required document but I did not receive any response from IQ. The certificate should be on registered post to 210 Hoko Street, Mlungisi Location Queenstown 5320. Thank you.
