Refund me back my money
Good day my name is jane i enrolled for iq in nov/dec last year they deducted 700+in December i called then in jan and explained that i cannot affor to pay my fees and dont have tine to study dince i am working so i want to cancel my account they didn't cancel it an now they keep deducting my child's sassa money i have tried many times to call them they just keep me on hold for hours and since that jan i have never received any study material but they still keep deducting my money i want all my money back because all this is a lie cant be paying for something i dont even use .
