REFUND

registered with you in June, requested that you debit the money early so i can receive the books in time. i was assured that id receive the books after payment. to my surprising 10 days later, i called and was only told that books take up to 14 days to be delivered. I then decided to cancel the course as i had not even received the books. my cancellation was loaded and was told that id get my refund 10 days later, this was on 2/07/2018. weird enough on 3/07/2018 I got an sms saying my books are on the way, i called and was assured once again that its an automated message and the books will not be delivered. on the same day the books were delivered. its 18 days later and i still have not received my refund. I want my refund.
