Poor service, poor comunication, unprofessionalism

I finished paying my debt with IQ last year 2020 in February, I completed their assignments 2021 February. Till today, I don’t have my certificate as per agreement on our contract. I did deliver my part, but they haven’t delivered theirs. This will lead me to take legal route and I don’t want to. I am tired of IQ, when I called The Who answered me told me that he does not know when I’m gonna get my certificate of my money I paid. I paid R10k plus. You guys can’t be taking people’s money like that and pretend as if nothing happened. I’ve been reading people’s posts, it seems like many people are not happy with your services. Now if you don’t change, you will have to be exposed, and alert other people before they put themselves in unnecessary frustration.
