Poor service and bad treatment from IQ Academy for Maths

This are the worst Academy ever, I took a so called contract with them 2014 for my late sister's child who was doing grade 5 by then, and they promised to provide and assist the leaner with study material for mathematics till she completed her grade 12. The deal didn't go well as they promised because they only brought study material of grade 5 to grade 9, and said they will send other materials when the leaner is doing grade 10. Even today I didn't receive material for those grades, and they are busy calling me to say I owe them. I requested contract several times frim them but they failed to send me the contract. This people are annoying me. Can hellopeter help me in this regard. I'm furious and frustrated.
