Please don't ever enroll at IQA

Joined this institute to think I will have a future but NO!! when I asked why did they take off double the amount they told me in response I owe them for last month but they didn't tell me via messages or emails meanwhile I set the date for the 1st of this month I asked to cancel the application which I "HOPE" they did.i gave it a try but couldn't help me at all I've had a terrible experience with this so called professional institute the consultants are rude they have no knowledge of customer services and expect you to give them a 10/10 rate after being cut off and having to dial to another consultant. Now I can't get my refund back honestly I feel like I've been ****** it's so unfair as a institute your unaware of respect to the public you don't respect us as the public you take money ask no questions later I will never ever recommend anyone to this So Called Institute now I will never see my money ever.
