Pathetic Service from IQ Academy

Absolutely shocking service. I enquired about an HR course. Was sent info on an Office Administration course. Declined the Debicheck with my Bank AFTER I sent the consultant at IQ Academy an email requesting my info be removed from their database and I am not interested in using them as a Service Provider. Consultant name Nona. I cannot cancel the debitorder via my Bank, I now have to get it done by IQ Academy. I have not signed ANY documents with them AND I declined the debicheck. This is really shocking and pathetic that they can just go ahead and institute a debit order.
