Pathetic Service

Im having a problem with my daughter she registerd in 2019,firstly the school sent text books and she was given an assignment and told to submit before June then she submitted her assignment .

Surprisingly she never recieved any results she doesn't know if she has passed or not till today and every month the school deducts fees. My husband called the school wanting to find out about the results but he was told that they can't speak to him cause he is not the one paying the fees.

We need that money to be reversed as the service they render to students is pathetic and not legit how can they not even check on their students if they did get assignments or not but they keep on deducting money. this is a fly by night school.And I have every right to tell people about their bad service, I wouldn't recommend this school to anyone . People should be warned about this IQ Academy College.
