Office admin results and cert

I was doing an office administration short course with IQ ACADEMY, I have submitted all my assignments even though I was late for submission, I received an email that I need to pay R150 to mark my assignments and I did. Then I received and email that I will be contacted after 14 days for my results. Till today there is no communication though I have sent iq academy emails to enquire about my results and certificate still no response. Meaning I have paid for nothing if they are quite like that
