No service!! And hidden clauses!!

NO ONE IS ANSWERING ME ON EMAIL??

How is this acceptable?? All service ive received from IQ academy has been on n level of where i can not believe this is inline with company policies???

Why cant someone phone me or email me and explain the outcome of my appeal..?? I dont understand that my modules wont be marked as ive continuously been paying?? I dont know till whem i now have to submit module 5?

Also as from the previous continuous LACK of service ive received from IQ how am i even assured that i will ever get my certificate??( Wich by now is probably costing me like R20 000)

Also when the original payment lessened was approved NEVER did anyone mention if yiu dont pay all we dont mark ur assignments? And you get a bad ******** record and that now i must be finished payed when the course is done.. INSTEAD it was sed i will only get my certificate when im done paying and now instead of 2 years ill be paying for 3 years.!!

This is not OK..and Customer service is non existent here.. Also i previously complained about my credit record..all you did was send me a statement wich shows i pay every month and all YOUR double deductions on my account!! I emailed and asked so what is the problem then no reply..and here we are with a new problem..and no reply again.
