The nightmare all started from the time I enrolled with this academy! 1.Agent gave me the wrong prices 2. When I requested for help from customer service the agent was so rude n refused to give me the assistance I needed which I then requested to cancel 3. The agent that called me back to assist me ( per who did my application) apologized and he requested a student advisor to assist me n reinstate my course 4. Ever since this reinstatement happened my course would be loaded for a week then removed from Ican 5. When I called back the customer service lady would scream at me n refused to allow me to speak to a manager to get assistance when I requested for the call recording she refuses to send it cause I want to use that recording in my complaints 6. I emailed the student adviser she refused to reply to any emails of mine it's like she vanished
