No feedback and poor service

Very bad service! It takes them months to come back to you. I have been sending emails to them since last year March to get my portal reactivated. I have sent them my reapeal form and told then I will submit my assignments in 2 weeks, however I completed it in 5 days and when the time cane to submit my assignments my courses was no reactivated and they haven’t even processed my reapeal form after numerous phone calls following up on when I can expect the courses to be reactivated all they said they are busy with it and couldn’t give a date of when this will be sorted. In October they finally came back to me on email confirm the that the application has been received, reviewed and feedback will be give after their next cohort in take on the 17th of October to date NO FEEDBACK!
