My experience has been wonderful i completed everything even the payment but i still cannot download my certificate

Please note that your certificate will become downloadable once you have:
1.Completed the course (which you have - Congratulations!);
2. Downloaded your documents(which you have done - Thank you!); and
3. If you have settled / paid up your account.
Please note that there is still a balance outstanding. A statement of account has been emailed to you.If payment was made, kindly forward proof of payment to *** , so we may process your payment in order to release your Certificate.
