My Certificate Please!!

I submitted my assignments on the 8th of April this year. I've been calling and calling about my results, but you keep telling me its still being marked. How long are marking??? till this day 18/08/2021 I've never received anything. I am quite fed up at this stage. I want to look for work with my qualification, but I can't. You have time to play games. And if that isn't enough your portal says that I'm not even studying at IQ. If you cannot send my results or an academic report PLEASE pay back my money which I made sure to pay in full, so that i can study at another institution who will give my results! How can you treat students like this that have paid and made time to do those assignments.
