Misleading information IQ Academy

I just had a bad service from IQ Academy. I registered a health and safety short course with them later to find out that is just a certificate not a qualification. Is not NQF accredited. So when I want to cancel, I spoke with a lady called Siphokazi . She basically think this is my fault. So this is what they said I should pay to cancel for the certificate . Good Day THABO MOTAUNG. Your request to deregister has been approved, however you are liable for the payment of a deregistration fee of R 2 448,54 , less any receipts received. Thank you IQ Academy.
