No summons has been issued within the last 3 years. They are in contravention of the NCA sec 126b. It states that no person may continue collection or re-activation of such prescribed debt as a prescription act 68 of 1969.<br> <br> Debt therefore prescribed and I'm not legally bound to repay such.
