Lacking serious professionalism

Good day,

My experience with IQ Academy was not as smooth as one would expect.

1. The sales call was long, I understand that he maybe inexperienced, sjoe I told him that my certificates was ******. First he said that I can get a certified copy from the copies, really?!? Obly to phone me back the next day and say it is fine. So what happen to apologies. 2. My address was wrong. 3. Address me as the wrong person. 4.I asked if they can postpone my first debit, long stories. 5. Send sms to my fiance number. 6. I asked to speak to a manager no manager available. The course has not even started and I am experiencing already this amount of problems.
