LACK OF LISTENING S****S

So here I was excited that I'll finally study with the institution.

I requested to be called so that I can finish up my telephonic application.

first of all this consultant asked me which month should they start debiting me , I specifically and repeatedly told her that they should debit on the 25th of every month.

I then got an sms stating that they'll debit on the 25th/11/19. Fine next thing the following day I get a call AGAIN going through the same info I went through the day before but now my debit order date has changed to the 31st/10/2019.

I called on that Saturday and repeatedly told the consultant that they should change the nonsense I received on the 2nd sms.

Fine the lady told me that she changed it. TODAY 14/10/2019 i receive a sms stating that "As agreed a debit order of R679.00 payable monthly starting 29/11/19" balance me real quick , who agreed with who about that date ? and when was it ?

I HAD TO CANCEL THIS WHOLE THING because clearly no one listens to what I say! I'm disappointed.
