IQ Academy...Utterly disappointing!!!

My review on IQ Academy, giving them 1 star, is actually still to much. Hello Peter, can you please make minus stars also, so that one can be able to review back into the minus? Back in 2020, just before the first covid 19 pandemic hit South Africa, I enrolled to IQ Academy, wanted to study Diploma in Business Management. Firstly, IQ academy had me enrolled into the wrong co****, then when that was rectified, they delivered the wrong handbooks, of which that was sent back, then when they provided me with my student number & login details for the ICan student portal, during induction, it worked for a couple of weeks, then i started struggling & was not able to login as the error constantly stated that the 'student number does not exist' I brought it under their attention & IQ academy stated that it will be sorted out . then Covid19 hit our country & as I tried contacting IQ academy, it was to no avail. Debit orders still went off my bank account, yet I was not able to study. I stopped the debit order as IQ academy was not responding to my e-mails. IQ Academy blacklisted me because I do not pay, YET, THEY FAILED TO SORT OUT THE MATTER OF STUDY MATERIAL AS WELL AS THE STUDENT PORTAL were one is supposed to log in to so that one can study. How can one pay for something that you do not have. The past couple of months I have been trying to get this matter resolved as I wanted to continue my studies, as IQ academy have sent me an e-mail stating that I can continue my studies. Still, no handbooks, still, student number does not exist, still blacklisted & still IQ academy demands payment. IQ academy is NOT trustworthy & are only in it to take a person's money, yet they fail to keep their end of the bargain. This whole matter left a extreme bitter taste in my mouth. I will not pay a cent to IQ academy as I have not received anything from them yet. When I asked them to reimburse me the money that I have already paid, they refrain from responding, instead their debt collector compony keeps on harassing a person daily. Today, 15 August 2022 I have sent them another e-mail stating the problems & I require them to pay back the money I already paid as I have not received anything from them & I wish not to continue studying through them as they are not capable to sort out this simple matter. this is scarry, because one can pay for everything, do the exam, pass & then when time comes to receive your diploma, what struggle will a person have to get your diploma. IQ Academy...what a disappointment!!
