IQ Academy you're not serious about your service!

I completed my business management qualification with IQ Academy and to this day I still haven't received my certificate! I called them in May to arrange for it to be resent as the post office had sent it back to IQ before I could even collect it, so I made arrangements with IQ to resend it and gave them another address to send it to, but to this day I am still waiting for it. Every time I call to follow up they tell me that there's a call logged to resend my certificate and this has been going on since May! mind you even when I chat to the consultants on the website they tell me the same story that a call has been logged, how difficult is it to send the certificate? Imagine it's now September and still no certificate, how appalling!
